Taking care of your new tumbler:

*Hand wash only. 

*Not dishwasher safe

*Not microwave safe

*Do not leave in hot car for long periods of time 

*Do not soak.

*Tumblers are handmade.  I do my best to ensure they are close to perfect as can be. Please be advised that slight imperfections are a possibility

*Colors may differ due to computer screen / monitor settings 

*By placing  an order, you agree to my current turnaround time of 3-4 business days

*Not responsible for buyer error 

*If there is an issue with your order, please contact me to see if we can get it resolved.  

*All custom orders are final

*Refunds will not be issued

*Any damage due to shipping needs to be addressed within 48 hours of delivery.  No exceptions.

*This item can be personalized with a custom quote or text.  In the checkout notes section, please describe exactly what you want your text to say.  Once payment is confirmed, I will email you with a preview that must be confirmed before production will begin.  

**Please note that each cup is customized and hand-made at the time of order.  Personalization may include a 1-2 business day delay. I will, however, do my best to get it out on time.
